LACA's Partnership with the Perth Football Club
Diana Rodríguez-Losada the Chairperson of LACA and Damian Matthews, the President of Perth Football Club signed a Memorandum of Understanding that fosters a spirit of co-operation between the two entities.
Diana said "this is a happy and very significant occasion in the life of LACA in its 12th year of operation as the MOU allows us the share use of the facilities at the Club. We also hope that the arrangement will be mutually beneficial for the members of both organisations."
LACA now has a venue in which to hold practices for Fantasia Latina and the Theatre Group as well as a venue for meetings and some minor functions.
Damian Matthews said: "The PFC is pleased to the new friendship with LACA and looked forward to their members having the opportunity to be involved in LACA activities and vice-versa."
He added he will now have to start learning Salsa!
