Cake

Ingredients for Torte:
- Six
whole eggs
- One
punnet strawberries cut in half
- One
cup castor sugar sifted
- 100gr
melted butter
- One
cup self raising flour sifted
Toppings:
- 1/2
cup castor sugar
- 1/4
cup strawberry liquor
- 1/4
cup peach juice
- Two
passion fruit pulps
- One
tbs cornflour dissolved in
two tbs of water

Method:
Beat
eggs and sugar in a bowl till light and fluffy. Add flour a bit at the
time then fold in melted butter. Place mixture in a greased flan tin and
bake it in a moderate preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Cool in rack.
Now, in another bowl place strawberry liquor, peach juice and sugar, mix
well. Brush cake with half of the sauce, the other half put in a pan and
add dissolved corn flour and passion fruit pulp cook for about 5 mins
till thickens. Decorate your cake with peaches and strawberries and top
it with the sauce. Keeps for two days in refrigerator.
